Pastured Pork

Our pigs are offered green grass from our fields, natural raw milk from our friends at a local dairy, fruit and nuts from our gardens and trees, grain from our local mill, as well as fresh water, fresh air and sunshine. 

Our pastured pork is available in the Fall, but we do sell out – be sure to reserve your order ahead of time.

The sausage, bacon, ham and other cured meats in your order is available “all natural”, which means there are no nitrates or phosphates in the seasoning, and the cure is made of   raw sugar, sea salt, and celery powder.*
