Deposit for 1/4 Grass-Fed beef - November 2025 DELIVERY

Your order reserves a quarter of grass-fed beef, which runs anywhere from 100 - 150 pounds. . (For our customers with advanced understanding of beef processing, your "quarter" is actually a half-of-a half, in order to ensure that you have all options for cuts).

Your $200 is a deposit that will reserve your 1/4, and is applied towards your final bill.  The final cost will be at $7/pound hanging weight.  Final invoices for your amount due are sent the week of delivery, sometimes as late as the date of delivery, because of last-minute processing.  Your final amount due must be paid either by PayPal before delivery, or by check at time of delivery. The tentative date for delivery of your pork is Saturday November 22, 2025. We will be in touch closer to butcher date to confirm delivery date and time. 

After we receive your order, you will receive an order form to specify how you'd like your beef processed, where you'll have endless choices of cuts, and special products such as bologna, hot dogs, sausages, tallow, etc*.

Delivery is free within 20 miles of the Lansing State Capitol building or within 20 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids, or by arrangement.  Product is flash-frozen for delivery.

Deposits are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

*Processing for some of these products incurs an extra fee
